From the start the office Manager Sylvia was very informative and knowledgeable, she booked me sooner than the other 3 inspection companies I had called and and and was a bit cheaper!!! Brandon, our inspector was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a super thorough inspection and sent a quick and easy to follow report full of pictures and color coded by safety concerns. Then he did the wrap up which was a walk through every little corner in the house pointing at the issues and offering great suggestions for DIY projects when possible. “First, the office administration was excellent and timely in responding to the request for an inspection and working with my agent to get it scheduled. Inspector Garrett was great. He showed up on time, was masked and had already signed the agreement that he would mask up. He had the right combination of friendliness and professionalism; asked questions without being nosy; he took time to explain what the inspection includes and why, he patiently answered my questions, as well as provided reasons for certain “defects” that needed to be fixed. Adam took his time to thoroughly inspect every aspect of the house and took plenty of images and video footage to show the house’s condition. He was careful to check for any significant issues and thoroughly documented his findings. Adam took the time to walk us through the house and inspection, and the follow-up report was terrific. Very thorough, organized, and easy to follow. Adam made it very clear what items were essential to address, which were minor or cosmetic, and what he was pointing out for informational purposes.
